Accessing Support Through Grant Funding

You should never have to carry the cost of your workplace supports alone. Under the Irish Government’s Work and Access programme, there are grants available to fund the help you need.

I can guide you through the application process for funding that covers:

  • Interview & Communication Support: Ensuring you have a level playing field from the very first meeting.

  • Professional Needs Assessments: Identifying the specific adjustments, like sensory-friendly spaces or assistive technology, managing workplace stress or that help you work best.

  • Specialised In-Work Support: Funding for the job coaching and mentoring we do together.

I handle the "departmental language" and the paperwork, so you can focus on your journey.

A Partnership Rooted in compassion and empowerment

We operate under the Social Model of Disability: We believe that barriers can be removed and simple adjustments can be made to assist you to thrive in the workplace. Whether that is finding assistive technology, stress management techniques or working with your employer to make it work for both parties our  mission is to remove those barriers and achieve a workplace that values your unique abilities and competencies.

Your pace, your process, your potential. Let’s make the workplace work for you.
